Information on this site

We work to keep everything here accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, warranties and pricing are indicative. Nothing on this site is a binding quotation.

Advice in our blog posts is general guidance, not a substitute for having a licensed plumber look at your actual system. Please do not rely on it in place of a proper inspection.

Estimates, pricing and warranties

• Estimates are free and are given after we understand the scope of work. An estimate is not a fixed quotation unless we say so in writing.
• Our warranty terms are: 30 days on sewer snaking, and one year on repairs and hydro jetting. The applicable terms are those given to you in writing for your job.
• Membership terms, including the $289 annual price and its benefits, are set out on our Membership page and may change for new members.
• Warranties cover our workmanship. They do not cover pre-existing damage, misuse, or failures elsewhere in your system.

Submitting a service request

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A job is scheduled only once we have contacted you and agreed it. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you — and for genuine emergencies, call us rather than using the form.

Intellectual property

The Mr. Ed's Plumbing name, logo, photographs and video on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent. If you believe content here infringes your rights, see our accessibility and notices page or contact us and we will look into it promptly.

We link to Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, Angi, the BBB and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Joaquin County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
