Our position

Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We collect what we need to quote, schedule and carry out plumbing work, and that is what we use it for.

Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing for you to opt out of today. We are giving you this page anyway so that the right is visible and easy to use, and so it is already here if we ever introduce advertising technology.

Global Privacy Control

We honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically. If your browser or a privacy extension sends GPC, we record an opt-out for you without you having to do anything — no banner, no form. California law recognises GPC as a valid opt-out request.

Opting out manually

You can register an opt-out in any of these ways:

• Open Cookie Settings from the footer of any page and switch off Analytics and Marketing.
• Call us on (209) 209-9829 and tell us you want to opt out.
• Write to us at 3504 Grange Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204.
• Use our contact form and mention "CCPA opt-out" in your message.

We do not require you to create an account to opt out, and we will not charge you or reduce the standard of service you receive for doing so.

You can appoint someone to make this request for you. We will ask for written proof of their authority, and we may ask you to confirm directly that you gave permission.
