Template notice for Mr. Ed's Plumbing: this page is a solid starting point written for a California home-services business, but it has not been reviewed by an attorney. Please have counsel check it against how you actually handle customer data before you rely on it.
The short version
This website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing we store is your cookie choice itself, kept in your browser's local storage so we don't ask you again on every page. Nothing is sent to a third party unless you opt in.

Do I have to accept?
No. Rejecting everything leaves the site fully working — every page, the service request form and the phone links all behave exactly the same. Strictly necessary storage cannot be turned off because the site cannot function without it, but it never leaves your browser.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page to reopen the preferences panel. You can also clear your browser's site data for this domain, which resets everything and makes the banner appear again.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we detect it and automatically opt you out of analytics and marketing storage without showing the banner. California law treats GPC as a valid opt-out request and we honour it.
Third-party embeds
Our contact page embeds a Google Map. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — that is outside our control. Our promotional video is served from this site, not from YouTube or any third party, so it sets nothing.
- Fonts are served from Google Fonts and are cached by your browser.
- We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tag.
- If that changes, this page will be updated and those tags will only fire after you opt in.
